Our Mission

Ensure you have access to all Lifeline partners that offer Affordable Connectivity Program or Lifeline support to eligible families. To prevent data breaches, we verify that each Lifeline partner is legitimate and officially certified.

We believe that everyone in the U.S. deserves high-speed connectivity that is:

The USF + USAC + FCC

As an independent not-for-profit designated by the FCC, USAC administers the Universal Service Fund (USF), a nearly $10 billion annual fund. This fund is made possible by the contributions of companies and institutions committed to universal service.

USF Programs

Under the guidance of the FCC, we collect and allocate funds through four key programs designed to serve areas where broadband and connectivity needs are most critical. These programs support people in rural, underserved, and difficult-to-reach locations.

E-Rate

Keeping students and library patrons connected to broadband services.

Supporting healthcare facilities in providing medical care to rural areas.

Congressional Response Programs

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Congress established multiple programs to help people stay connected during and beyond this disruptive period. The FCC designated USAC to administer these programs and funds.
